Semi Staffed or Delivery Setup

You need trays delivered hot for your event and set up for service with equipment you provide. You may want a staff member to stay and replenish food, but you don't need them for clean-up.

Take Out Trays

You need take out trays to feed a crowd at home. Picked up at a Mamma Mia's Restaurant.
